Meet Paul Meunier and Lucile Morin, the passionate duo behind Domaine Paul Meunier Centernach, nestled in the breathtaking Agly Valley of southern France.

Paul, a Burgundy native, fell for the valley's beauty and wine freedom in 2009, bringing worldly winemaking experience from Japan, Chile, Australia, and more.
Lucile, an actress turned vintner, joined in 2014, adding creativity and a fresh perspective to the estate.

Together, they craft expressive wines, explore agroforestry, and even revived the art of dry Rancio production.

Taste Their Story

Domaine Paul Meunier harvested its first vintage in 2014, nestled in the heart of Roussillon's Agly Valley.

With ten hectares of old vines spread across the villages of Maury, St Paul de Fenouillet, Lesquerde, and Centernach, Paul and Lucile craft wines that reflect the unique terroirs of the region.
Committed to organic farming and permaculture, the estate is deeply integrated into its natural surroundings, without the use of insecticides.
