Order Preparation 🏠

Our wine is stored in a Brisbane warehouse, managed by a trusted partner.

Order Deadline ⏰

To have your order prepared the next day, we need to send it to our trusted Brisbane warehouse partner before 12:00pm.

Delivery Areas 🚚

We currently deliver to:

  • Brisbane - Gold Coast - Sunshine Coast - Northern Rivers (Up to Yamba)

Delivery Timing 📦

*Timing depends on your location:

  • Brisbane / Gold Coast / Sunshine Coast: Please allow 2-3 business days
  • Other Areas: Expect delivery within a few days.

Delivery Confirmation 🍷

After you place your order, we will contact you by email or text message to arrange a delivery time.

An adult (18+) must be present to receive the order, and a signature is required on delivery — as per NSW alcohol delivery regulations.
Orders cannot be left unattended so please ensure someone is available to sign.

Wine-Specific Courier 🍷

We work with couriers trained in the storage and delivery of wine, ensuring your bottles arrive in perfect condition.

Weather Precautions 🌞

To protect your wine during extremely hot weather, we may pause shipping.
