Earth’s Wine & Co Pty Ltd (LucyJoy Wines) currently delivers exclusively to:

  • Northern New South Wales

  • South East Queensland

We aim to deliver premium wines safely and efficiently within our service area.

 


 

Processing Times

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 


 

Delivery Times (Estimated)

  • Northern NSW: 1–3 business days

  • South East Queensland: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather events, or seasonal peaks.

 


 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode.

We may offer free local delivery or shipping promotions at certain times.

 


 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

 


 

Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • arrives damaged,

  • is delayed beyond expected timeframes, or

  • appears lost,

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

 


 

Service Area Limitations

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • The rest of Australia

  • International locations

  • PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers (for age verification reasons)

Orders placed outside our delivery zones will be cancelled and refunded.
