Size: 750ml
Closure: Glass
Varieties: 50% Riesling, 35% Pinot Gris, 15% Pinot Blanc

Terroir: Singulier originates from 45-year-old biodynamically farmed vines planted in the quaternary alluvial soils of Bennwihr, adding to its mineral freshness and depth.
Harvest: Grapes are hand-picked at low yields of 40 hl/ha to ensure concentrated flavors.
Vinification: The Riesling and Pinot Gris undergo semi-carbonic maceration for a month, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks using native yeasts. The wine is aged for a year on lees, enhancing complexity, and bottled unfiltered with no added sulfur.
Aging: Aged in stainless steel for 12 months, which preserves the wine’s purity and freshness.

On the Palate: The wine is energetic and lively, with a precise, tannic structure and notable tension, creating a vibrant mouthfeel.
Pairing & Cellaring: Pairs exceptionally with dry-aged goat cheese, eggs en meurette, beef meatballs with lime and ginger, or a traditional tajine. Enjoyable from 2022 to 2032, with further aging enhancing its complexity.

Frequently Asked Questions
Semi-carbonic maceration is a winemaking process where whole grapes at the bottom of a tank are crushed under their own weight, releasing juice that ferments naturally. Meanwhile, the intact grapes on top begin to ferment internally due to carbon dioxide.
This technique brings out vibrant fruit flavours and softens tannins.
Aging on lees (the spent yeast and grape particles after fermentation) enhances the wine’s texture, adding depth, richness, and subtle toasty notes.
Stainless steel tanks preserve the wine’s fresh and pure character, emphasizing its bright fruit and mineral-driven profile.
Bottling unfiltered retains the wine’s natural complexity, as it avoids removing any fine particles that contribute to flavour and texture.
Omitting added sulfur preserves the wine’s purity and ensures it reflects the vineyard’s biodynamic practices.
